About:
Paulette S. Hartman is a craft artist that resides in Los Angeles, CA. Her work explores Judica, material exploration, oceanic scenery, and beachcombing.
Hartman graduated from Tyler School of Art in 2023 with a degree in Metals, Jewelry, and CAD-CAM. She worked on Jewelers Row in Philadelphia for two years where she gotten experience in design, material, and craft. Hartman has over six years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modeling software, including Rhino 7, Blender, Z-Brush, and Meshmixer, and possesses hands-on jewelry skills such as wax carving, casting, mold making, soldering, engraving, and stone setting. In the summer of 2024 Hartman was a studio assistant at Penland School of Craft for a Vibrant Color and Titanium Anodizing Workshop. She is currently an Assistant for a Production Designer and is an active member of the Pottery Studio in Culver City.
She is a curating a show with Emma Aronoff-Aspaturian for a Birdhouse Gallery in Los Angeles this upcoming Spring. More information can be found here.
